Ok, well if you replaced your SD card that is a new bit of useful information.
When you register a service, it gets an address or "UID" we call it. This UID is stored in the enablement file(s) which you will find in /etc/weaved/services - one for each configured service. You can look at the files by opening them in a text editor.
If you replace your SD card, then the UIDs in your original installation are lost - those services become "orphaned" and you should delete them by clicking on "Settings" and then you will see a link to delete that entry. Do this for all of the ones which are offline.
Then start over with the Weaved installer and re-install all the services.
