Looks like you put your SSH connection on port 69? Was there a specific reason for that?
The ssh server is usually running on port 22.
See what your TCP listeners are with this command:
sudo netstat -apn | grep tcp | grep LIST
If there's an entry for port 22, that is probably your SSH server.
You can run the installer again to change the port back to 22 if needed.
You don't say how you tried to connect. Note that if you are using the SSH command line, you need to replace the LOGIN with your Pi's user name, namely pi.
So rather than:
ssh -l LOGIN proxy8.yoics.net -p 33528
you need to enter:
ssh -l pi proxy8.yoics.net -p 33528
