I received a Smart Plug last week a got around to testing it this weekend. I was interrupted during the startup process and failed to set the SSH password before registering the device through the my dev account. The device functions properly through local LAN address and iOS app, but I cannot telnet (connection refused) or SSH (asks for credentials I do not have) into the plug.Attempting a factory reset using the top button did not fix it, even though it put me back to an unregistered device.
I am trying today using terminal on OSX but can try using putty tomorrow evening. In the meantime I thought I'd throw this out to see if there were any suggestions.
